How to Use Your Voicemail

Setting up your new voicemail:

From your home phone call your home number.  While the recording is playing press * on your phone and you be prompted for your password (temp passwords are the last 6 of your phone number)

Press 0 to go to “Mailbox options”

Press 1 to record your “Unavailable Message”

*Note, there is an option for “Busy Message” but the “Unavailable Message” is the only message that will be used. 

Press 5 to change your password

Follow the system prompts in each menu to complete your selected option.

Checking your voicemail:

Option 1: From your home phone call your 10-digit home number.  While the message plays press the * key on your phone.  You will be prompted to enter your password (temp passwords are the last 6 of your phone number)

Option 2: From a different phone number, call your 10-digit home phone number and wait for the voicemail to answer.  While the recording is playing press * on your phone and you will be prompted for your password (temp passwords are the last 6 of your phone number)

Option 3: From any phone, call 719-559-1000.  You will be prompted to enter your mailbox which is your 10-digit home phone number and then it will ask you for your password (temp passwords are the last 6 of your phone number)

Option 4: New voicemails will be sent to your email address attached as an MP3 file.

The Message Waiting Indicator / Stutter Dial Tone is no longer available for new voicemail notification.  All customers need to provide an email address so that new voicemail notification emails can be sent.
